    Active 2 for 1 Offer

  1. Upon presentation and surrender of a valid 2 for 1 Active Voucher at a participating location, the bearer is entitled to: a free admission when accompanied by another person paying the full price. For horse riding the bearer is entitled to a free lesson where one person pays full price.
  2. All Active 2 for 1 Vouchers must be used before the expiry date printed on the voucher.
  3. Active 2 for 1 Vouchers will only be accepted at participating locations, as listed on the associated promotional literature or websites. Active reserves the right to change the details of the participating locations without notice. Details of any changes can be obtained from Active on 0344 372 7511 during normal office hours.
  4. The offer applies to the normal location opening dates and times, unless stated otherwise. Please refer to the website for restrictions/exclusions which may apply to individual locations. Seasonal or other date restrictions may apply. Peak times may be excluded at some locations. Some locations may have minimum (and maximum) age limits or other restrictions for admission or participation in specific offers.
  5. It is always advisable to check opening times, admission charges and any restrictions with your chosen location prior to visiting.
  6. Although Demo Site, its partners and agents have taken all reasonable measures to ensure that all locations listed will redeem the Active 2 for 1 Voucher, acceptance of the voucher is at the discretion of the individual location. If for any reason the voucher holder is refused permission to redeem a particular offer, then no alternative will be offered.
  7. The offer may not be used in conjunction with or in addition to any other discount voucher, offer or concession rate offered by the locations.
  8. The location reserves the right not to redeem, or accept photocopied, damaged, forged or defaced Active 2 for 1 Vouchers.
  9. The promoter accepts no liability for lost or stolen vouchers. Exchange or re-sale of vouchers is strictly prohibited. No cash alternatives will be offered.
  10. Demo Site, its clients or partners shall have no responsibility for loss, injury or damage to the visitor, the location or its staff arising in connection with the provision of the Offer or the individual’s participation.
  11. The images and descriptions used within any literature or websites associated with this promotion may not accurately reflect the Attractions offered at the participating locations.
  12. The use of any Active 2 for 1 Voucher implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions on any associated promotional literature or websites, and the Terms and Conditions of the chosen location.
  13. Visitors contract directly with the location and participate at their own risk.

    Active Free Offer

  1. All Experiences are offered on a 'Free' basis at any of the participating Experience Venues. The available Experiences are as detailed on this website and in any accompanying promotional literature. The offer is open to UK and Republic of Ireland residents aged 16 years or over only.
  2. Only one Active Free Experience voucher per household may be used at each Experience Venue. Some Experience Venues may limit the number of Active Free Experience vouchers used at a single session. The Experience Venue may charge full price for the Experience if a valid Active Free Experience voucher is not surrendered as payment. Photocopied or defaced Active Free Experience vouchers are not valid. The voucher may not be used in conjunction with any other voucher offer, promotion or special offer.
  3. All Active Free Experiences must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. Some Venues may charge a deposit to confirm the booking which will be refunded when attending for the Experience, on presentation of the voucher. The duration and content of the Experiences vary and is dependant on the type of Experience chosen and the individual Experience Venue. Seasonal or other date restrictions may apply. Peak times may be excluded at some Venues.
  4. The facilities vary from Venue to Venue and not all Experiences are available at all Venues and/or included within the offer at all Venues.
  5. Cancellation of a booked Experience may be liable to cancellation charges and/or loss of deposit as per the Venue’s standard terms.
  6. All Active Free Experience vouchers must be used before the expiry date printed on the voucher.
  7. Participation in any Active Free Experience implies acceptance to the Terms and Conditions as set out on this website, on the voucher and in any associated promotional literature, and the Terms and Conditions of the chosen Venue.
  8. Some Experiences may have minimum (and maximum) age limits or other restrictions. Participants under 18 may have to provide proof of parental consent to take part in an Experience.
  9. Active Free Experience vouchers will only be accepted at Venues listed on this website and in any accompanying promotional literature. Participants contract directly with the Venues providing the Experience and participate at their own risk.
  10. Demo Site, its partners and agents disclaim all responsibility for any consequences arising from taking part in any of the Experiences.
  11. Experience Venues provide their own public liability insurance. However, individuals may wish to take out their own private insurance cover. Participants should check that any existing personal insurance, mortgage, assurance or other relevant policies are not negated whilst participating in any Experience.
  12. Some Experiences may require a certain level of fitness or ability. Please ask at the Venue when making your booking. If you are suffering from any medical condition or injury, consult your doctor before participating. You may be required to complete a health form.
  13. Although Demo Site, its partners and agents have taken all reasonable measures to ensure that all Venues listed will redeem the Active Free Experience vouchers, acceptance of the vouchers is at the discretion of the individual Venue. If for any reason the voucher holder is refused permission to enter a participating Venue, then no alternative will be offered.
